Features

1. The dummy is divided into three sections: upper, middle, and lower. Each section has an average mass of 25kg. They can be stacked to form a single unit, secured with two 316 stainless steel anti-rust pins. Hand-tightened knobs screw into limit stops to lock the assembly, preventing disassembly.

2. Easy to transport: Remove the pins, disassemble the three sections, and move them individually with ease.

3. Designed for electric vehicle battery vibration and impact safety testing. Prevents liquid sloshing during vibration, eliminating changes in dummy center of gravity (C.G.) and noise generation.

4. Developed by a renowned German automotive manufacturer. Silicone material combines hardness with flexibility and resilience, withstanding intense vibrations, wear, and temperatures from -55°C to 250°C (actual testing range: -40°C to 90°C). Material remains stable, crack-free, and distortion-free throughout extreme temperature cycles.

5. Total mass tolerance controlled within ±0.04kg.
