Product Features
Precise Temperature Control
The system offers a temperature control range of 0–55℃, with an accuracy of ±0.1℃, ensuring uniform heat distribution via stable heating wires.
Removable Sweating System
Equipped with a removable fabric layer, humidity control of ±3%, and an adjustable sweating rate range of 0–600 g/m²·h, with a built-in preheated sweat supply.
Flexible Joint Design
The manikin’s joints at shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees allow it to assume various poses (standing, seated, etc.), making it easy to change clothing for different tests.
High Precision Sensors
The system includes 18 temperature sensors and 18 humidity sensors, along with embedded nickel-wire thermal sensors that provide accurate and sensitive data.
Ease of Transport and Setup
The product is split into two parts for easy transport and setup, and includes a lifting frame for convenient movement.
